Tower, Northeast Corner Phnom Rung

This view shows the distinctive triangular profile of Phnom Rung's tower, so unlike the cone-shaped silhouette of Phimai. (Phimai has more redenting, which causes that tower to conform to a more circular plan.) Phnom Rung's tower has five levels, and is topped with a kalasa pot (cornucopia).
