Face Tower Gopura V West Ta Prohm, Angkor

A Jayavarman VII temple would hardly be complete without its face-tower; even though there were none on the temple itself, this one was carved (later than the original construction) over the tower of the western outer gate.

The roof area, just above the lintel, balances precariously upon leaning blocks.
