This lintel is located on the east face of the southeast shrine (sic; the similar lintel illustrated in Freeman and Jacques, p.196, belongs to the northeast rather than the southeast shrine). Above the kala garland is a row of horsemen; below, a row of warriors riding nagas. On either side, a warrior standing upon a makara that has the body and mane of a lion and the head of an elephant.
