Ox-Drawn Carriage

This is a particularly clear example of the sort of carriage that is shown very frequently in these tombs. It is a one-person conveyance that is drawn by a single ox, with rider and attendants. The carriage has a covered roof, and curtains for privacy. A long canopy, perhaps a sunscreen or rain deflector, arches over the carriage and ox. See Muyong for another example.
