Street of Facades

Outer Siq, Jordan

The Outer Siq is the section of Wadi Musa that lies between the Khazneh and the Theatre. Seen here is the beginning of the Street of Facades, on the west bank. These facades are less grand than the "royal" tombs, but their sheer number is a good indicator of the prosperity of the city at this time.
