Pyramid of Sahure

The poor preservation of Sahure's pyramid is due to cost-cutting: the inner core was poorly constructed, to save on labor. However, the low reliefs in the king's mortuary temple are considered masterpieces; they are now largely dispersed into various museums around the world.
