Temple of Isis

The Greco-Roman temple of Isis dates from the time of Ptolemy II (285-246 BC). It contains a birth-house (mammisi) between the first and second pylons, followed by the temple proper behind the second pylon. The kiosk of Trajan is off to the right, out of the photo.
